Comment: Zoning has reviewed the plans for compliance with the associated Development Package (TD-DEV-0925-00234). The plans provided for this building permit list the addition as being 2,964sf for each side however the Development Package has the addition listed as 2,680sf for each side. The commercial building permit and the associated development package need to match. Please update so that the square footage matches both the Development Package and the commercial building permit. 2. Comment: Site zoning is unable to approve this building permit until the associated development package has been approved by all reviewers. 3. Comment: Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted.
