Please provide a section of the 2-hour wall and details for the fire-resistance rated wall. The entire figure assembly shall be shown on the drawings with the basis of approval. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Building Code (IBC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Provide complete electrical plans for all new work and modifications or demolitions. >>> Provide electrical demo plans associated with the interior office remodel and Shop Operations additions. 2. REFRENCE Sheet E1.1. There are 18 Keyed Notes shown but are not included on the plans. 2a. Provide ‘Single Line Diagram’ and ALL ‘Panel Schedules’ as noted in the Keyed Notes. 2b. Provide New Panel ‘H1’ and ‘P1’ locations and ratings and panel schedules. See Keyed Notes #15 and #16. 2c. Provide an electrical site plan showing the location of the exterior ‘New Gate Operator’ as noted in Keyed Notes #14. 3. Provide an electrical power and lighting plans for the new Shop Operations additions. Are there new electrical outlets being added to these additions? What are the lighting fixtures being added to these spaces? 4. Provide Fault Current Analysis and show new equipment AIC rating sufficient to withstand the calculated Fault Current. Provide Available Fault Current calculations from TEP transformers to all new equipment, 2017 NEC 110.24. 5. Show new Panel’s and other new equipment with AIC ratings greater than or equal to the Available Fault Currents calculated, 2017 NEC 110.10. 6. Provide electrical load calculations, for the Main Services, Per NEC 220.40. Additional comments may be forthcoming with updated plans and review. Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. Comment: Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c, a site plan (Development Package) is required for the following types of development: Existing development undergoing a change of use, building structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building. A Development Package (DP) meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites is required to be submitted and approved prior to zoning approval of this permit. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans.
