Resubmit revised drawings detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the C-1/C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.20 & 4.7.21). Multifamily is a permitted uses in this zone (Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.O.2, 4.9.13.O and 4.9.13.O

1. As Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-1023-00428 has not yet completed it’s 1st review Zoning is not able to review the building plans for compliance with the DP and will review on the next submittal. Until the DP is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve this plan.

2. The development package sheets provided in the building plan set either need to be the stamped, approved plans, or marked for reference only. If you elect to mark for reference only do not mark the utility plans and if you elect to remove the plans leave the utility plans in the so Plumbing can review.
