This site is located in I-1 Zone (UDC 4.7.29). 1. Provide a use as designated in the UDC. 2. Based on aerial photos there is a shade type structure attached to the northwest end of the existing building that shows up sometime after 2010 and several storage containers on the site that Zoning was not able to find an approved DP or building permits for.
