04/05/2024 If in the future, the following comes up…you will have to comply and submit what is required. Normally on steel structure addition, such as the open storage area with roof requires structural calculations as well as complete drawing detail information such as depth of footing, steel member sizes, roofing materials, etc. Damian (current owner in 2024) also mentioned that everything shown on the floor plans (lower floor & upper floor of the original steel structure) are all part of the original building permit.
