A1.01- keynote 9 indicates to slope the new private garage floor per the client’s requirements. Indicate in the note that the garage floor shall be sloped to facilitate the movement of liquids towards the main vehicle doors. 2018 IBC 406.2.4.

Sheet e1.0- clarify if the new exit lighting fixture X will be provided with a remote head, the lighting fixture schedule indicates this fixture has the capability, but it is not known if they will be installed. If they are not part of the exit fixture, indicate the
