This activity was submitted on July 20, 2026. Revise the Mechanical Compliance report on sheet M2.0 to reflect the 2024 IECC requirements. 2. Revise the sequence of operation for the restroom exhaust fan so that all of the air supplied to the restrooms will be exhausted (i.e. all of the air supplied to each restroom is to be exhausted during the hours of operation even if the lights are off). Reference: Footnote g, Table 403.3.1.1, IMC 2024. 3. Provide heating and cooling load calculations to justify the heating/cooling capacities of the specified HVAC units. Revise the Plumbing Compliance report on sheet P2.0 to reflect the 224 IECC requirements. 2. Clarify the size of the water heater storage tank. It is 40 gallons on sheet P2.0 and 30 gallons on sheet P1.0. 3. Provide a metering faucet for the lavatory, dispensing a maximum of 0.25 gallons per metering cycle. Verify that the faucet cycle will last for at least 10 seconds. Reference: Section 604.4, IPC 2024 and Section 606.4, ICC/ANSI A117.1-09.
