| 09/09/2025 | Water - PDSD Standard | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | Show the location and size of the “master backflow preventer” (BFP-1?) noted in the water calculations. The civil utility plans in the development package do not show a backflow preventer for either the water service to the building or for the site irrigation system, both of which are required directly after a water meter. [Initial comment: Reduced pressure backflow prevention assemblies are required to be installed directly after the water meter in locations accessible to Tucson Water for buildings that have chemicals, cleaning agents, or other contaminants that may come in direct contact with water.
