Code reference, 2018 International Building Code (IBC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). Notate the correct COT adopted code on the plan-set. 1. This is a commercial project, requiring all documents to be prepared, sealed, signed, and dated by a registered design professional. Provide complete electrical plans, design, and calculations, sealed by an Arizona Registrant. Reference: Arizona Revised Statutes 32-125, Board of Technical Registration Rules R4-30-304, 2018 IBC section 107.1, 2017 NEC, City of Tucson Commercial Plan Submittal Requirements. 2. Provide an updated panel schedule, showing the circuits that are being modified, added or removed. NEC arts;300 and 408.4. The provided panel schedule is distorted and the text is overlapping. 2a. The electrical floorplan indicates that two of the receptacles are connected to ‘circuit 25’, but the panel schedule shows ‘circuit 25’ as ‘spare’. Please update and correct. 3. Provide electrical load calculations, for the Main Service Panel, Per NEC 220.40. The provided panel schedule is distorted and the text is overlapping.
