Van parking spaces shall be 132 inches (3350 mm) wide minimum, shall be marked to define the width, and shall have an adjacent access aisle complying with 502.3. Indicate number of van spaces provided in accordance with Ch.2 and add details of spaces and locations to Site Plan. A current updated site plan would be needed for site modifications to accessibility. DMA Registrant Reply - The City of Tucson has adopted 2009 ICC/ANSI A117 Accessibility Standards. We reference section 502 parking spaces The City of Tucson is requiring a development plan for this project. Exterior site work is performed under the development plan, a separate permit; Development Plan, DP TD-DEV 0523-00238 is required for this project. FORS has met with the City of Tucson to review the DP. This meeting was TP-PRE-0223-00117. The site plan has been corrected to refer to the DP for information. All accessible seating in dining and counters including the distribution AND maneuvering clearances and turning radius where required will be field verified for compliance.
