Although the DP has been approved and issued, until the following comments are addressed Zoning cannot approve the building plans. 2. COMMENT: The site plan provided in the building set does not match the approved DP. Either the site plan will need to be revised to match the DP or vice versa or the site plan needs to be marked for reference only or removed from the building plan.
