The site is zoned I-1 and the proposed use is retail – off-site marijuana dispensary cultivation location which is a permitted use subject to use specific standards 4.9.9.E.2 and 4.9.13.Q (UDC, Table 4.8-5)

01. COMMENT: Demonstrate compliance with UDC 4.9.9.E.2.k.2 – An odor mitigation plan shall be submitted demonstrating compliance with odor control requirements. Zoning with review this plan in collaboration with Commercial Mechanical.
