COMMENTS:

1. Please clarify the scope of work. The permit description indicates replacement of the existing sewer ejector station, while the plans indicate a new sewer ejector station. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2024.
2. Based on the scope of work, this does not appear to be a like-for-like replacement. Provide plans sealed by an Arizona Registrant. Reference: Section 107.1, IBC 2024 and Arizona Revised Statutes 32-125, Board of Technical Registration Rules R4-30-304.
3. Please show the required check valve and full-open valve are installed in an accessible location above the sump cover or in an accessible valve box outside the sump. Reference: Section 712.2, IPC 2024.
4. Please identify the existing building drain receiving the ejector discharge, including pipe size and condition. Reference: Section 703.4, IPC 2024.
5. Please provide the total dynamic head for the sewage ejector pump and demonstrate that the existing building drain and building sewer are adequately sized to accommodate the design flow. Reference: Section 709.3 and 710, IPC 2024.
