COMMENTS:

1. Please ensure the shelf-mounted electric water heater detail on Sheet P-601 is consistent with the water isometric on Sheet P-102. For example, the detail shows the temperature and pressure relief discharge and drain pan drain terminating at a floor drain/floor sink, while the water isometric shows both terminating at the mop sink. Revise the plans for consistency. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2024.
