Sheet A400 Detail 3: Please revise the construction documents to include complete plans and details for the proposed awning, including flashing, roofing, decking, structural connections, and all other information necessary to demonstrate compliance with the 2024 IBC. Additionally, provide structural calculations prepared by the registered design professional demonstrating that the awning is designed to support all applicable loads in accordance with the 2024 IBC. Sufficient information is required to verify code compliance per Section 107.2.7. Building Review Comment 2.
