Permit Description: Tenant Improvement to an existing vacant commercial retail space (former Natural Grocers) for occupancy by Cavender’s. Scope of work includes interior, non-structural alterations consisting of minor electrical modifications, lighting and power adjustments, drywall modifications and repairs, and interior finishes including paint. No changes to building footprint, structural elements, or occupancy classification are proposed. Existing mechanical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems to remain with only minor modifications as required to support the new tenant layout. Work to comply with all applicable City of Tucson codes and ordinances.
