RTU-2110-3 is shown as existing on the mechanical/plumbing sheets but the HVAC unit is shown as new on Sheet S1.0. Is the HVAC unit existing, new, or a replacement. Please clarify. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2024. 2. The installation of new and replacement commercial HVAC units constitutes new work so the submittal will require a heating/cooling load calculation for the building to justify the capacity of the unit being installed (Sections C403.3.1 and C403.2.2, IECC 2018). The unit itself will also have to comply with Sections C403.3.2, C403.4 and C403.5, IECC 2018 for efficiency, controls, and economizers. 3. A portion of the space has been converted from a warehouse to a showroom. Provide an outdoor air ventilation schedule that shows how the mechanical system meets the minimum outdoor air ventilation requirements for the proposed showroom.
