This site is located in the C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.21). Travelers Accommodation, Lodging is an approved use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4).

1. Previous Comment is still Applicable: The roofed area shown over the entrance area is not addressed on DP20-0269 and will need to be shown on the DP. Until shown on the DP Zoning cannot approve the building plans.
