The subsequent review could generate more comments after original comments have been addressed. 1. Please provide existing Floor/Demolition plans with your next submittal. IBC 107.2.1 2. Please reconfigure the Warehouse bathroom to be accessible. For example, the required clearance around a water closet shall be 60 inches (1525 mm) minimum in width, measured perpendicularly from the sidewall. 2009 ICC A117.1 604.3.1 3. Please amend plans t provide an accessible service counter height and width for selected approach. IBC Chapter 11 4. Please amend the plans so the drinking fountains are not protruding objects and either cane detectable or otherwise compliant. IBC 1003.3 3. Sheet A3: Please provide the occupancy, number of occupants and occupant load factor for each space or room for the Office Floor Plan. IBC 107.2.3 & IBC 1004.5 4. Please amend the plans to provide a project specific statement of sections on the plan set to show the special inspections and testing required for this project. IBC 1704, IBC 1705. Provide smoke detectors in the return air ducts, upstream of any outside air connections, for all FC-1 and FC-2. Reference: Section 606.2.2, IMC 2018. 2. The System Design Report shows a sensible oil load of 89.7 MBH for the office area but the Heat Pump Split System Schedule provides a total sensible cooling capacity of 133.8 MBH. Provide justification for installing HVAC units having a total cooling capacity that exceeds the total cooling load shown in the submitted calculations. Reference: Section C403.3.1, IECC 2018. |
