This site is located in the C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.21). Financial Service is an allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-6). Financial Services is subject to the following use specific standards C-2: 4.9.4.L.3, 4.9.13.E, and 4.9.13.P. 1. 1. Comment: Zoning has reviewed the new commercial building plans for compliance with Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-0625-00156 and although the plans appear to match, until the DP is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve this permit. 2. Comment: Additional comments may be forthcoming on the next review based on the plans submitted and responses to zoning review comments.
