IBC 1705.16.1 Your response letter indicates the special inspection information was added to Sheet T-1 however, this has not been done, as under the heading of Special Inspections the statement None Required is written. Please resolve on next submittal. A. Please provide the special inspection certificate with Part A, and Part B, completed with next submittal. IBC 107.2.1 https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/city-services/planning-development-services/documents/special_inspection_certificate.pdf THE SPECIAL INSPECTION CERTIFICATE PARTS A AND B NEED TO BE FILLED OUT AND STAMPED WITH YOU NEXT SUBBMITTAL. This would include the category of special inspection and the name of the special inspector. 6. COMMENT REMAINS: Please coordinate the Shear Wall Types between Sheet S1 of the structural construction drawings and the Foundation Key plan in the structural calculations, as they appear to be identifying different Shear wall designs for the same location. Please ensure all documents provide the same information. IBC 107.2.7 ONLY THE FIRST SHEET OF THE STRUCTURAL CALCULATIONS WERE SUBMITTED WITH THI REVIEW. PLEASE ENSURE THE ENTIRE SET OF CALCULATIONS IS INCLUDED WITH THE NEXT SUBMITTAL. 6. COMMENT REMAINS AND IS EXPANDED: Please provide a project specific statement of special inspections indicating the special inspections to take place as well as the testing requirements. IBC 1704.3 For example, the table for concrete IBC 1705.3 has 12 rows and not all are relevant for each project. Please indicate the rows required for this project. PLEASE COPY THE PROJECT SPECIFIC SPECIAL INSPECTIONS WITHIN THE STRUCTURAL DRAWING SHEETS, AND ONLY PROVIDE SPECIAL INSPECTION TABLES THAT ARE TO BE USED FOR THIS PROJECT. For example, if there is no required masonry special inspections, there is no need for that table. Concrete Construction, Wood Construction and Soils are listed as required special inspections, please include the tables printed on the plans A.
