1. All Sheets: Please provide stamped and sealed designs and drawings for your next submittal. Remove preliminary and not for construction. IBC 107.2.1
2. Sheet 2a1.0 & 2a2.0: Please provide callout bubbles on the plans referring to the detail sheets. Additionally, remove the SK references or add the SK details to the plans. IBC 107.2.1
3. Sheet 2a9.0: Please add dimensions, details and specify fasteners with the next submittal. IBC 107.2.1
4. Sheet 2a9.0: Provide code compliant handrail drawings per IBC section 1014.1 to include the following.
A. Please show Handrail height, measured above stair tread nosings, or finish surface of ramp slope, shall be uniform, not less than 34 inches and not more than 38 inches. IBC 1014.2 Height.
B. Please show the handrail extensions level with the top and bottom landings extending horizontally, not less than 12 inches beyond the top riser and continue to slope for the depth of one tread beyond the bottom riser. The extensions of handrails shall be in the same direction of the flights of stairs at stairways and the ramp runs at ramps. IBC 1014.6
C. Please show the clear space between a handrail and a wall or other surface of not less than 11/2 inches. A handrail and a wall or other surface adjacent to the handrail shall be free of any sharp or abrasive elements. IBC 1014.7

Please submit all the same materials under the Historic sub-record in a single compressed pdf file to apply for a SD #. Review fees will be invoiced for payment. A minor review will be scheduled
