This letter reflects comments to be addressed. PLEASE send all response to comments back to the City through the permit portal! Responses sent directly to Stantec will be ignored. Also, please submit complete copies of all permit documents (i.e. plans, calculations, reports, etc.) even if they have not been changed. Please cloud and delta all changes and provide a letter with a written response to each of the comments indicating the action taken. The scope of this review covers the architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical designs as they relate to the codes adopted by the jurisdiction. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions, and concerns before permit approval. Deferred Submittals: Pre-engineered wood trusses, exterior cladding and steel stud framing, steel stairs, glass guardrail, roof tie backs and anchorages, post-tension shop drawings, non-bearing interior stud partition walls, elevator shop drawings, storefront shop drawings. Special Inspections: Earthwork, concrete, caissons, post-tension, epoxy and expansion anchors, structural steel, high-strength bolts, field welding, masonry, wood construction, and outdoor lighting. ARCHITECTURAL COMMENTS General 1. Addressed. 2. Previous Comment: The floor truss and roof truss calculations indicate on the documents that they are not for construction. Please resubmit floor truss calculations that are final and for construction. Still Required: The roof truss calculations were not resubmitted for review. Please provide. 3. New Comment: The latest submittal is missing documents that were included in the first submittal. This submittal does not include the metal studs design, roof truss calculations, and stair 3 shop drawings. All documents must be resubmitted with each review cycle. STRUCTURAL COMMENTS General 1. Previous Comment: The roof trusses, floor trusses, level 1 post-tension slab, level 2 post-tension slab, and stair 2 shop drawings all include a review stamp from PK Associates but do not include a mark on the status of the review. Please revise and resubmit. Still Required: The stair 2 shop drawings, level 1 post-tension, and level 2 post-tension slab shop drawings still do not include a mark on the status of the review from PK Associates. Further, the roof trusses were not provided in the latest submittal to determine if this comment was addressed.
