All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. General

1. Please indicate that the fire alarm system [2018 IBC Sec. 907] is to be provided as part of this project and are to be submitted as a separate permit (not a deferred submittal).

2. Note on the cover of the drawings that special inspection is required for wood roof strengthening. Also, the special inspection certification is missing a signature from the owner or legal agent.

COMMENTS: Resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.21). Mixed use is a permitted use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4).

1. As no marijuana use has been approved for this site remove the reference from the plan.

2. Zoning was not able to find an approved development package or site plan for the “OUTDOOR PATIO” shown on the plan. Either provided a copy of an approved development package/site plan clearly showing the outdoor patio or a development package (DP) meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual (AM) 2-06 must be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building plan.
