COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the C-1 zone (UDC 4.7.20). Food Service, Excluding Soup Kitchens is a allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.M.1 & 5 and 4.9.13.O.

1. Comment: 1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-0624-00169 and although it appears that the plans match until the DP is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve this building plan.
2. Comment: (Side Note) The island in the Northwest corner of the Parking Area Access Lane (PAAL) on Sheet 4 does not appear to match the island on Sheet 3 of the DP. Is the island design in the Northwest corner of the PAAL going to be changed?
3. Comment: Additional comments may be forthcoming on the next review based on the proposed use and applicable use specific standards.

RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Provide updated site plan in the next submittal.
