1. Per UDC 3.3.3.G.2.c, a development package is required for building or structure additions for non-residential development. There is currently an active development package (TD-DEV-0223-00157) associated with this site.

Active TD-DEV-0223-00157 shall either be withdrawn; reviewed, approved, issued, and completed; or revised to include this permit’s scope of work. A development package showing the proposed scope of work is required to be approved by all reviewers prior to Zoning approval of this building permit.
