08/24/2026 Commercial Building Standard APPROVED COMMENTS:
1. THE COMMERCIAL BUILDING REVIEW HAS BEEN APPROVED w/ the following request.
2. DRAWING SET COORDINATION FOR CLARITY:
a. The Index of Drawings lists 30 Architectural sheets.
i. However, the actual Architectural sheets submitted within the set of drawings totals 38.
ii. I noticed that there are multiples sheets of the same sheet. For example, there are two of A1.5, A3.6, A5.0, A51, A5.2, A5.3, A5.4 and A5.5
iii. Is it possible that some of these sheets have been revised and the previous drawing sheets were of the old/previous version that did not get removed?
b. Above Ground BR 5500 details SHEET has a sheet number of “A” on the title block. However, the Index of Drawings have is as “BR55”. May we suggest this be coordinated for clarity.
c. Plumbing Roofing Plan does not have a sheet number on the title block.
3. MEN’S RESTROOM
a. Yes, we agree with you. The stall do comply with the 60” x 56” clear floor area for the water closet.
b. As for the 67” turning space, I dropped a 67” circle in front of the lavatory and it looks like there is space to accomplish this.
c. Please show this 67” turning space in front of the lavatory please.
4. Other reviewers have requested corrections to be made, please include the above request for clarification purposes.
