Plan review for the above referenced project has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. When sending responses to the City through the portal, please submit complete copies of all permit documents (i.e. plans, calculations, reports, etc.) even if they have not been changed. Please cloud and delta all changes and provide a letter with a written response to each of the comments indicating the action taken.

The scope of this review covers the architectural, mechanical, and electrical designs as they relate to the codes adopted by the jurisdiction. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions, and concerns before permit approval.

ARCHITECTURAL COMMENTS

Sheet g1.0

1. Please indicate that the automatic fire sprinkler system [2018 IBC Sec. 903] and the fire alarm system [2018 IBC Sec. 907] are to be provided as part of this project and are to be submitted as separate permits (not as deferred submittals to this permit). The plans currently indicate that these systems are to be submitted as a deferred submittal to this permit.

Sheet a0.0

1. The right side of the floor plan indicates that there is an enlargement of the floor plan on Sheet a1.2, however there is no Sheet a1.2 in the set. Looking at the sheet index on Sheet g1.0 there is no Sheet a1.2 planned in the set. Looking at the floor plan on Sheet a1.1, the key plan does not match the floor plan. For example, the restrooms in the upper left corner of the partial plan are not highlighted on the key plan. Please coordinate. {The key plans in the mechanical and electrical sheets are correct and show the east and west plan halves. Looks like architecturally all of the work was presented on an expanded west floor plan.}
