1. Provide an electrical riser diagram or line diagram, NEC 230.9.
a. Show each meter and address/unit associated with each meter.
b. Show bus bar rating and AIC ratings of the new equipment.
c. Show conductor size and type on the line diagram.
2. Provide a panel schedule, showing the circuits that are being modified, added or removed or existing. NEC arts;300 and 408.4. Include Main Breaker and panel bus rating and A.I.C. rating. IBC 107.1.
a. Detail what this new subpanel is being used for. We cannot provide an electrical service without knowing what qualifying use it is for.
3. The #3 Cu conductor mentioned in the description is undersized for a 125A service.
4. Provide conductor size and type for each new equipment, NEC chapter 3, wiring methods. Include wet location rating.
5. Designate the circuit number on the electrical plans, that corresponds to the panel schedule, at the location of each, new or modified light fixture, receptacle, and equipment disconnect switch, NEC arts;300 and 408.4. IBC 107.1.
