Resubmit revised drawings with a detailed response letter stating how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.21). General Merchandise Sales: Excluding Large Retail Establishments is an approved use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4). Subject to Use Specific Standards, 4.9.9.B.14.9.13.Q.

1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with development package (DP) TD-DEV-0724-00193 & TD-DEV-0525-00139. But until the DP TD-DEV-0525-00139 is approved by all review agencies and the following comments are addressed Zoning cannot approve this permit.

2. The development package, TD-DEV-0724-00193 & TD-DEV-0525-00139, sheets provided in the building plan set either need to be the stamped approved development package sheets, marked for reference only, or removed from the building set. If you elect to mark for reference only, do not mark the utility plans and if you elect to remove the plans leave the utility plans in the so Plumbing can review.

3. Detail 4 sheet A3.0, accessible sign mounting height does not match what is shown on the approved DP TD-DEV-0724-00193 and does not meet the Park Wise requirements of, 60” when wall mounted or 84” when located within a pedestrian circulation path.
