| 12/03/2025 | Site Engineering Standard | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | Permit: TC-COM-0525-01025 Location: 4220 E 22ND ST Review Date: 12/3/2025 Site Engineering Comments: 1. This site resides within a 100-year floodplain (XS100_1ft) and will require the submission of a floodplain use (FPU) permit with elevation certificate. 2. The FPU permit is a separate permit that can be submitted for within the sub-records of this commercial permit on TDC online. 3. It is understood that the existing structure pad was found to be floodplain compliant with an existing elevation certificate. In order to maintain floodplain compliance, the newly created building pads will be required to have elevation certificates to verify the structure remains complaint. 4. For the submission, provide all construction documents similar to what was provide within this commercial permit submission and ensure that the required finished floor elevations are shown on the plans. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Marco Contreras Marco.contreras@tucsonaz.gov |
