Should the above not followed, it may delay your approval. Additionally, please submit complete copies of all permit documents (i.e. plans, calculations, reports, etc.) even if they have not been changed. COMMENTS: 1. NEW/SEPARATE PERMIT FOR: RTO2 a. The City did not receive a new permit for the TRO2 installation. b. Please submit ASAP. c. No further action taken until the above has been executed. 2. DIRECTIVE a. Please peruse the directive below for familiarity for a clear execution. i. Contractor to follow the following in order to secure the C of O. 1. 1.) T.I. permit TC-COM-0525-00955 (will require a CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY) 2. 2.) Permit TC-COM-0525-00973 has other work being done in tandem with TC-COM-0525-00955. Inspections are at its final stages. Contractor Eric Lara would like to close the permit. However, the RTO2 mechanical equipment will not be delivered until a year from now. The City of Tucson will allow Eric Lara to Submit a Revision to permit TC-COM-0525-00973 and Remove the RTO2 on sheet P1.0 (upper left of plan). He will simultaneously submit a Separate Building Permit for the RTO2 so that it can be processed and installed using that new permit. 3. 3.) NOTE: Eric Lara informed the city that he has been coordinating this with the contractor for the T.I. permit. He informed the city that the T.I. contractor in on board with these steps. 4. 4.) ***NOTE: The RTO2 mechanical equipment must be installed/pass inspection prior to the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy within the T.I. permit TC-COM-0525-00955.Dimension to any existing structure. 3.
