COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.


1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with the I-1 zone. Based on the scope of work, add a note specifying the type of manufacturing as General Manufacturing, subject to use specific standards 4.9.5.C.2, .6, .7, & .8 and 4.9.13.Q.

2. COMMENT: Expansion should include the proposed mezzanine horizontal area in the total gross floor area (GFA). Correct the total building area to reflect this increase in GFA.

3. COMMENT: Provide parking calculations based on the new total building area.

4. COMMENT: More comments may be forthcoming based on the next submittal's response.
