Tom Williams, Per our phone conversation on Tuesday 6/10/25 this is a Factory Built Building. i. You also mentioned that a submission was already made with the State of Arizona. 1. Please do make sure that you submitted everything to them to include. a. Mechanical b. Electrical c. Plumbing d. Structural Calculations and Drawings 2. Please submit a copy of the construction drawing approval from the state that includes all of the above. 3. Submit a copy of the installation approval. 3. Sheet T1.0 Code Analysis a. Please complete your Code Analysis to include the Proposed Use, Occupancy Classification, Construction Type, Occupant Load, etc. b. We will issue a Certificate of Occupancy for this building. The information above will be required to fill it in. 4. Sheet A2.1 a. Please add all the utilities route on this sheet. Label them, for example “electrical source at a pole with transformer”, “overhead line and required clearance over roof”, etc. 5. Please resubmit.
