Sheet T2.0 (General Information). Update the drawing index indicates there was to be an S1.0 Additive Alternate #2 that was not included in the set. Provide the missing sheet or remove all references from the drawings. 2018 IBC Sec. 107.2.1. 3. Sheet T2.0 (General Information). Indicate under the Project Code Date the following additional information: i. Provide the square footage of the area to be renovated. ii. Indicate the Alteration Level per the classification of work as identified per chapter 6 of the 2018 International Building Code. iii. Indicate the Occupancy Classification for the area being renovated per Chapter 3 of the 2018 International Building Code. iv. Indicate the Construction Type for the building per Chapter 6 of the 2018 International Building Code. v. Indicate the existing structure has an existing automatic fire sprinkler and fire alarm system. Indicate if there are to be any work on these systems required due to the reconfiguration of the bathroom walls. 4. Sheet T2.0 (General Information). Indicate the following additional applicable codes listed under the Project Code Data: i. 2018 International Existing Building Code ii. ICC A117.1 - 2009 Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities (by reference). 5. Sheet G2.6 (Life Safety Plan). Provide plan for the area to be renovated that indicates the occupancy count and exit paths. The area of work shall be provided with the minimum number of exits based on the occupancy and occupant load in accordance with the 2018 IBC Sections 805.3 through 805.3.3. 2018 IEBC Sec. 805.3. The referenced Life Safety Plan from 2007 is sufficient for showing the 6th level overall, the existing fire partitions and the general layout of the exit and paths. 6. Sheet G2.6 (Life Safety Plan).
