2. Provide metering faucets for the lavatories, dispensing a maximum of 0.25 gallons per metering cycle. Verify that the faucet cycle will last for at least 10-seconds. Reference: Section 419.6, IPC 2018, as amended by the City of Tucson and Section 606.4, ICC/ANSI A117.1-09.
3. Specify the size of the water service to the building. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2018.
4. The Water & Waste fixture unit calculations on P0.1 show only the new plumbing fixtures. Include the existing plumbing fixtures in the calculations. If the IPC fixture calculations are being used, hose bibbs have a continuous demand and are to be assigned a GPM demand and added to the demand determined for the plumbing fixtures. Reference: Sections 604.1, E102.1 and E103.3 (2.1), IPC 2018.
5. Provide cleanouts for all horizontal drains (i.e., a drainage pipe that receives the discharge from two or more fixture drains). Reference: Section 708.1.1, IPC 2018.

COMMENTS:
1. The sink in All Restroom is infringing into the required floor clearance area of 60” x 56” at the water closet. Other fixtures not allowed within the required clear area. Please relocated the sink complying to the ANSI accessible requirement per ICC ANSI A117.1 figure 604.3 9.
2. Ensure that the facility is accessible complying to the ICC/ANSI A117.1 for both Employees and Customers internally as well as accessible route from drop off to front door (please indicate the clear door opening complying to the code). Provide drawings that illustrate the ANSI accessible counter at the Break Room, Counters at individual artist stations in both height and width requirements per 2009 ANSI A117.1 Figure 904.3(B).
3. Show the existing wall for the storage structure per telephone conversation.
4. Between the Office Structure & Storage Structure is the imaginary line, provide a one hour fire rated wall on the office structure side. This treatment also apply for 4 ft of the ceiling and both walls at either end of this subject wall. IBC 706
