1 Verify complete compliance with the 2012 City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code (OLC) for the exterior lighting. Please see section 104 of the Outdoor Lighting Code and provide a site lighting plan with evidence that this parcel is in compliance as directed per this Code.

2 Please revise the IECC lighting calculations to the current 2018 IECC.

Revise the sequence of operation for the restroom exhaust fan so that all of the air supplied to the restrooms will be exhausted (i.e. all of the air supplied to each restroom is to be exhausted during the hours of operation even if the lights are off). The exhausted air from the restrooms shall be limited to no more than 10% of any subsequent supply air stream. Reference: Section 403.2.1 (4), IMC 2018.
2. The occupant load used to calculate the required ventilation is not necessarily the same as the occupant load used for calculating exiting requirements. The occupant load used for calculating the minimum required ventilation (e.g. for RTU-2, which serves two zones) is to be based on Table 403.3.1.1, IMC 2018 or an approved engineering analysis of the specific occupancy type.
