1. Sheet A8.4 / UL U419: UL fire resistant rated wall assemblies typically use proprietary materials as part of the testing process for the listing. Please provide the most recently published complete listed assembly for UL U411. The most recent version of this assembly, as published by UL is dated March 15, 2024. (2018 IBC Sec. 703.2) This would require that you cut and paste the entire most recently published UL listed assembly into the plan set.

2. Sheet A8.5 / UL U423: UL fire resistant rated wall assemblies typically use proprietary materials as part of the testing process for the listing. Please provide the most recently published complete listed assembly for UL U411. The most recent version of this assembly, as published by UL is dated February 16, 2024. (2018 IBC Sec. 703.2) This would require that you cut and paste the entire most recently published UL listed assembly into the plan set.

1. Comment for future information only: E0.6 EXTERIOR CUT SHEETS & IECC REPORTS: Tucson has specific exterior lighting calculations that should be performed according to City of Tucson/Pima County outdoor Lighting Code. However, Photometric report on Sheet E0.5 will be sufficient for this review when combined with the exterior lighting comcheck. Future submittals shall include required calculations.

1). Plan page A8.0 detail17: Detail 17 shows a single primary scupper discharging to a Downspout assembly that has the overflow installed beyond the structure. This doesn't correlate with plan page P1.3 Keynote #1 and doesn't comply with 2018 IPC 1108.1 & 1108.2. COMMENTS: Resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.21). Personal Storage is a permitted use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.10.C.3 & .6.

1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plan for compliance with TD-DEV-0323-00183, and although it appears that the plans match, Zoning cannot approve the building plans until the following comments have been addressed.

2. The sheet index lists the Civil Set. The development package sheets are to be provided in the building plan set they either need to be the stamped approved plans, marked for reference only, or removed from the building set. If you elect to mark for reference only do not mark the utility plans and if you elect to remove the plans leave the utility plans in the so Plumbing can review.

3. The accessible sign detail and bicycle rack detail do not match the approved details shown on the development package.
