This site is located in the C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.21). General Merchandise Sales, excluding Large Retail Establishment, is a permitted use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.9.B.1.

1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plan for compliance with TD-DEV-0324-00089 and although the plans appear to match the DP, Zoning cannot approve the building plans until the DP is approved by all review agencies.
