The RendezVous used the Infill Incentive District (IID) zoning tool for their project, and a Design Package was approved in 2017 under T16SA00442, IID-16-11 (https://tucsonaz.hylandcloud.com/221appnet2/docpop/docpop.aspx?clienttype=html&docid=1719383). Please submit under TC-COM-0523-01413 the following materials, so we can forward your application to the Design Professional for his review and recommendation, outlining if the proposed changes meet with intent of the IID and if the changes are unsubstantial, minor or major: 1) On Sheet A.1, please indicate the new land use (Financial Service) and a brief description of the proposed exterior modifications; and 2) Elevation drawing(s), labeling the proposed exterior changes, with colors and materials to be used.
