This site is located in I-1 zone (UDC 4.7.29), Dispensary Off- Cultivation Location is an allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-7), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.9.E.2 and 4.9.13.Q. 1. Compliance with Use Specific Standard 4.9.9.E.2.k.2 has not been met. Please provide odor mitigation plan on next submittal. 2. As mentioned in previous conversations, to avoid the development package requirement the applicant needed to demonstrate how 2880 and 2902 N El Burrito functioned completely independently from each other. The two properties have since been formally combined into one parcel, and the total site GFA has more than doubled. A development package showing full code compliance will be required.
