1. Add to the list of applicable code on sheet A0 the 2018 International Fuel Gas Code.
2. Add sheet P1.2 to the index on sheet A0.0, it is missing.
3. Clarify if the fire sprinkler and fire alarm plans will be under a separate submittal or include them with the set.
4. Correct the demo plan keynotes on sheet A1.0, some of the numbers appear to be noted incorrectly.
5. Provide a life safety/ exit plan on the drawings that indicates the travel distances from the most remote points as well as the occupant loads for the areas in accordance with 2018 IBC 1004 and 1017.2. show the exit lighting and battery EM lighting on the plan as well.
6. Provide ramp details and a section for the new ramp in circulation hall 105.
7. Provide an enlarged bathroom plan including the drinking fountain area directly outside of the restroom doors. Include dimensions and show the required turning radius, all fixture floor clearances, and permanently mounted accessories.
8. Provide window details for the new storefront windows that will be installed into the existing overhead doors. Show the existing door lentil and how it will be incorporated with the new frames.
9. Provide an elevation or sections for the new pass thru window and reception counter to verify compliance with accessibility requirements. Clarify if the new sliding window is on the left or right of the reception area, it is shown reversed on the electrical drawings. Coordinate the drawings.
10. Indicate on the drawings that Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with 2018 IFC section 906.2.
11. Indicate on the finish schedule that all interior finishes will be in accordance with 2018 IBC 803.1.

1. The demolition plan indicates an existing rooftop unit to be abandoned in place. A mechanical unit that is unsafe by reason of inadequate maintenance, dilapidation, fire hazard, disaster, damage, or abandonment is declared an unsafe use. Such equipment shall be abated by repair, rehabilitation, demolition, or removal. 2018 IMC (A) 108.7. Indicate on the drawings that if the unit is not needed, it will be removed and not abandoned in place.
2. Indicate the location of the permanently installed roof ladder on the drawings, it appears there may be an existing ladder installed on the east elevation. 2018 IMC 306.5
