This site is located in the C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.21). Auto Sales is a permitted use in the zone, (Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.9.G.1& .2.

1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-0423-00209 and it appears that the plans match. Until the DP is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve the building plans.
