It is scheduled for 125 CFM, the outside air ventilation schedule calls for 70 CFM, and the mechanical plan show 50 CFM. [Initial comment: The mechanical plan shows two EF-1 units. Please revise the plans to clearly identify the new 180 EF and include it in the Exhaust Fan Schedule. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2024.] 2. The revised ERV unit, Vents-US Brig ERV 300, calls for a flowrate of 286 CFM; the manufacturer ‘s specification sheet shows a maximum flowrate of only 257 CFM @ 0.1” WG. In addition, the installation instructions call for a condensate drain with a trap and 20 inches of straight duct sections in front of and behind the unit. Show the unit installed per the manufacturer’s instructions.
