This letter reflects comments to be addressed. For facilitating a shorter review time, please provide updated plans and calculations with a written response to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Do not cloud the changes made for comment updates; revisions are processed if changes occur after the permit is issued. Provide a response letter addressing each comment with location of change on the plans. Submit the separate response letter and plan set files. Site Engineering Review Comments: 1. Floodplain use permit is in resubmit status due to cost estimate not satisfying requirements. Resubmit to the floodplain use permit with cost estimate. To this permit supply the following items: 2. Previous comment from Commercial Zoning V.1 and V.2 must be addressed: Based on aerial photos, it appears that work has been done on the southeast quadrant of the parcel, including but not limited to pedestrian circulation, landscaping, shade structures, and playground equipment. City of Tucson staff were unable to find approved permit documents for these additions. a. To address the prior additional site work, a Development Package will need to be submitted with this permit that includes a site plan. Tucson, AZ 85706 New Roof Photovoltaic (3rd Review) TRANSMITTAL DATE: 8/4/2026 This site is located in the C-1 zone (UDC 4.7.20). Civic – Religious Use is a permitted use in this zone (UDC Table 4.8-4) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.13.O. Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. Comment: Previous comment 1 still not addressed: Based on aerial photos, it appears that work has been done on the southeast quadrant of the parcel, including but not limited to pedestrian circulation, landscaping, shade structures, and playground equipment. Site Zoning was not able to find approved permit documents for these additions. Before this solar permit can be approved by Site Zoning, the applicant must apply for a separate permit (Commercial Addition/Alteration Permit) for the shade structures.
