1. Please amend plans to show the current design occupant load analysis to specify the individual building area of each room or space that is shown on the plan.
2. Further, enter the name of the space, area square footage, clarify the design occupant load (gross or net s.f. per person used) and the number of occupants for each room or space on the plan, in accordance with the requirements of IBC Table 1004. IBC 107.2.7

xi. Required Plumbing Fixtures (Provide calculations for the number of water closets, urinals, lavatories, drinking fountains, and service sinks) IBC 2902 & Table 2902.1
2. ACTUAL AREA/SPACE TENANT OCCUPIES
a. Market on the Move occupies 2.5 bays.
b. The submitted drawings reflect only 1 bay.
c. Include the adjacent bay into the drawings.
i. Include the water damaged ceiling, its removal and replacement.
ii. Include the flooring removal and its replacement.
d. Include the half bay that contains offices.
i. Include all new work being done and work that was done without a permit.
3. DEMISING WALL
a. The demising walls are CMU block with certain fire rating separating the bays with a parapet above the roof providing element to stop fire from jumping from one bay to the next. IBC 402.4.2.1 and IBC 708
b. Where door opening are present connecting these bays, provide door with fire rating that is in compliant with the demising wall’s fire rating.
c. Sheet A-2.0 contains wall details. However, a drawing of the CMU demising wall is not represented. Please provide a drawing of the demising wall reflecting code compliant configuration.
4. TRUSS
a. Please submit the truss diagram, calculation and layout.
5. Please resubmit.
04/21/2026 Commercial Mechanical Standard REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. Show the size, routing, and termination of the condensate drains for the mini-split indoor units. Reference: Section 307.2.1, IMC 2024 as amended by the City of Tucson.
2. Provide calculations to verify that adequate ventilation will be provided for the office spaces. Reference: Section 403.3.1.1, IMC 2024.

04/21/2026 Commercial Plumbing Standard REQUIRES RESUBMIT Revise the hot water service to the lavatory in the eastern restroom so that the distance from the hot water source to the hot water termination for the public lavatory complies with the requirements of Section C404.5.1, IECC 2024 (i.e. termination within 24” for a ½” supply).
