Calculations shall be prepared, signed, and sealed by the registered design professional responsible for the structural design and shall demonstrate compliance with the applicable provisions of the 2024 International Building Code. The calculations shall support all structural elements, connections, and load paths associated with the proposed work, including any new or modified structural components. Code References: 2024 IBC Section 107.2.1 – Construction documents shall contain sufficient information to demonstrate compliance with the applicable code. 2024 IBC Section 1603 – Construction documents shall include the required structural design information. 2024 IBC Chapter 16 – Structural design requirements.
