The site is in the C-3 zone (UDC 4.7.22). Administrative and Professional Office is an allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4-8-4)

1. This comment was not addressed. Provide copies of the email you reference in your response to comments. As work is proposed within the right-of-way a right-of-way use permit & temporary revokable easement (TRE) is required. Contact COT Transportation & Mobility (DTM) and secure the appliable permits/easements. Zoning cannot approved this permit unit approved by DTM.
