This reviewer is satisfied that the straps noted in Comment #1, dated 04-30- 25, were used for tensioning the previous copy, or to stabilize the structure until it can be repaired, and were not used to help support the original structure. 2. This reviewer is satisfied that the obsolete clips noted in Comment #2 were originally used to level the panel edges to be flush with each other, not to connect the panels to the stringers. The new attachment, 16d nails into new wood stringers, is acceptable after the engineer's explanation and new Detail 'C.' 3.
