2. 2018 IBC table 1705.3 requires period inspection for anchor places in concrete.

3. Show these racks in relation to overall building sections. Reference drawings XDS-091356-S1C sheet 2 does not show building sections. Sheet 3 specifies 348 1/8” high storage but doesn’t show vertical clearance of building elements within such as ceiling structure and roof.

Provide new life safety and egress plan that locates these shelves in suite 190 applying 2018 International Building Code Referenced sheet G0.1 shows exit distance of 111’-1” to exit ‘J’ but this is not measured from the most remote point of the high pile racking room. Life safety plan does not show marking on fire department access door: “FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCESS DOOR DO NOT BLOCK.” (2018 IBC section 3206.7.4) The lettering shall be in a contrasting color to the background. Letters shall have a minimum height of 2 inches with a minimum stroke of 3/8” inch.

10. Storage layout to provide has 9 listed items including commodity location, classification, and clearance between top of storage and the sprinkler deflector for each arrangement. Examples of commodity classification is in 2018 IFC table 3203.8. The commodity classification document is not provided by the registered design professional per 2018 International Fire Code section 105.4.1. 11. 2018 IFC section 3205.3 approved “No Smoking” signs shall be conspicuously posted in accordance with Section 310. The signage is still missing from provided sheet G0.1.
